I created this class with my doula friend Anna Page of Unity Doula Services. We both had the desire to make doula support more accessible to our community, and easier to integrate into our own lives as busy moms. Doulas know birth, and local doulas know the unique birthing landscape in your community. These are two valuable perspectives that you can’t get from a virtual course or hospital class. If you are interested in the hands-on, personal education doulas offer, but don’t want to add another person to your birth team, this class is ideal for you!
