Our 4 hours of content will be divided into 2 smaller, more digestible sessions for the month of May. Doula Abby Cape will be leading this class to offer a professional and personal approach to childbirth education. Part 1 will focus on the labor process and the essentials of creating a birth plan that aligns with your values. Together, we’ll explore your birth priorities, learn how to navigate decision-making during labor, and talk through what truly matters most for your birth experience.
