Join me at Bonnie View Nature Trail to get some fresh air, practice getting out of the house, and connect with women in the same season as you.

We will walk slow and stop at every bench to change diapers or feed babies if we need to. The trail is paved, bring a stroller or baby carrier, or just come I'll hold your baby while you walk hands-free. Bring water and any snacks you need. Older siblings welcome. Pregnant and postpartum moms in any season welcome. If you want to come, please do, no prerequisites!
